Job Overview:

Wild Birds Galore & more is a Bird feed store with garden Decor, you MUST be able to climb stairs numerous times an hours lift 40 pounds.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction

Skills:

- Prior experience in retail sales preferred however, we will train the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales or willingness to learn
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Experience in wireless or technology sales is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records
- Multilingual capabilities are a bonus
- Understanding of retail math for transactions and inventory management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.39 - $11.79 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends

Ability to Commute:

  • Blowing Rock, NC 28605 (Required)
