Wholesale Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Wholesale Manager to oversee our wholesale operations and drive business growth. The Wholesale Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating orders, and providing exceptional customer support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Manage wholesale customer accounts and build strong relationships
- Coordinate order processing, including order entry and tracking
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with project coordination and office management tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support the sales team by preparing sales reports and analyzing data
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and market trends

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proven experience in wholesale operations or a related field
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of order management systems and inventory control processes is preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
