What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at Wild ink?
Rhubarb Hospitality Collections is looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR department in maintaining consistency with employee experience programs
- HR Admin Support (such as creating termination paperwork and conducting exit interviews)
- Maintain HR files and records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies/procedures
- Collect data and research to help make improvements in process and experience
- Administrative support with collecting information from employees related to initiatives
- Support managers with challenging conversations with employees
- May also be involved in ongoing or new projects or activities such as Benefits (Open Enrollment, coordination of benefits materials)
- Coordinates and assists HR team with variety of administrative and operational activities to support the entire department and the smooth of operation of requests that come in
- Update and maintain the HR Database and employee files.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in an administration type of role
- Ability to use good judgment and make decisions that are best for employee and the company
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to be resourceful
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Computer literacy including in Microsoft Office Suite
