Summary
The Solution Delivery Specialist is the primary liaison between the business and our software consultants to implement and test all business requirements developed by the business for the EV Program.
Requirements
Time Requirements
This position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week. Frequently, more than 40 hours will be necessary to complete the work; national coverage includes covering time zones from the East Coast to the West Coast. Flexibility in work hours or schedule may be required in order to accommodate the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
Daily lead to work with each individual workflow owner within the business to develop business requirements for the new system
Lead on documenting and developing business requirements (screen setups, workflows, etc.) that will be required to achieve Minimal Viable Product (MVP) before “go live”
Lead on documenting all future state business processing that will be tested with the business through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Lead on putting together all new training curriculum for the new system that will be tested and utilized during UAT
Change agent to evaluate how we transact business today and recommend new ways to perform business in a more efficient manner
Work with the leads on our data normalization process to ensure these changes do not impact our system design
Work with our internal data analysts to ensure the new system setups, data points and processes elicit the proper reporting that we expect out of the new system
Adapt to changing business model
Additional assignments as needed
Qualifications
BA / BS or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a software implementation role, and a proven track record of driving project to successful completion, on time and on budget
Salesforce / SiteTracker experience a plus
Experience coordinating a cross-functional project team
Experience deriving value from data beyond Excel/spreadsheets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to respond effective to change
Team player willing to take on new and exciting challenges
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
