Position Overview:
WildLife Partners is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, TX. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of partners and contributors who share our passion for wildlife conservation. If you have a proven track record in sales, a deep commitment to conservation, and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development: Identify and cultivate new partnerships and contributors who are interested in supporting our mission and initiatives.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and contributors, ensuring their continued engagement and support.
· Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
· Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the field of exotic wildlife conservation.
· Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
· Proven experience in sales management, including a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Passion for wildlife conservation and a commitment to WildLife Partners' mission.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented.
· Knowledge of the wildlife conservation industry (preferred but not required).
