This position is remote with required intermittent travel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage staff
- Handle ticket escalations and manage support from different levels
- Provides overall expertise with all network operations functions.
- Ability to define, implement and enforce configuration management and change management policies and practices.
- Hire, develop, and retain highly responsive and customer focused staff to ensure the effective operation of the department
- Manage tools, systems and procedures to ensure dynamic management of issues and customer management
- Enter data into systems that can be easily understood and followed by management. E.G steps of call escalation and resolutions
- Manage call queues
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3 years in a senior support or engineering role
- 3 years in a Supervisor / Manager role
- BS/BA degree either in business or technology
- Strong understanding of networking
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
- Customer service orientated
- Quick learner
- Willing to jump in and help the team as a whole
