Previous sales experience preferred but not required; Valid Driver's License/Clean Driving Record; 18 years of age with a professional appearance; Strong communication skills, and work ethic with an upbeat, positive attitude.
Salary Range:$35,000 - $200,000

- Set and monitor your goals, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships
- Attend sales meetings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Salesperson's primary mission is to drive business for themselves and the company
- Work with phone, email, and texts to provide customers with the information to make purchasing discussions
- Work to develop a warm lead into a hot lead and a hot lead into a sold customer
- Work to ensure repeat business and develop referrals from past customers
- Know "why people buy" and how to sell to different types of people!
- Have knowledge of the company's sales and credit policies
- Build rapport and trust in person or over the phone
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge
- Be familiar with competitive products and comparisons
- Give high quality and impactful product demonstrations
- Follow your deals from start to finish, keeping you customer informed along the way
- Walk and inspect sold units prior to customer pick up
- Make a personal and personalized delivery of the new unit
- Business is built on customer satisfaction
