Job Description: This is a generalist position within our company that will help manage all operational aspects of the business such as recruiting, accounting, purchasing, shipping, and production scheduling. You will need to work well and communicate with your co-workers in the office and in fabrication, put out fires when they come up, and manage our internal and external business processes.
Typical Day:
- Fire fighting
- Dealing with inbound and outbound payments
- Tracking attendance and benefits
- Purchasing products and dealing with vendor delays
- Posting jobs on hiring platforms and speaking with potential recruits
- Production scheduling
- Assisting with shipping and receiving
Required:
- 3 years of office administration/management experience
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred:
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
