Job Skills / RequirementsThe Project Manager for Team PFC will be the primary Point of Contact for this contract support opportunity and crucial role in supporting the training mission of Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs Strategic Operations and Development Division, U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement- Strategic Development Unit (SDU). These units are responsible for developing and delivering post-basic, advanced, specialized, and use of force related training on-site at Fort Moore or in the field. The training provided by these units certifies instructors for firearms, defensive tactics, special response team leaders, and partners in the field. The Team PFC Program Manager will be responsible for responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of all support to the DHS ICE SDU operations and Team PFC support team. These responsibilities include managing personnel and services to meet the mission requirements. Develop and implement a program management plan that will describe how the program will be staffed and managed. Ensure adequate staffing to support all PWS requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and provide professional guidance to all Contract personnel.
- Work with OFTP management to identify process improvements.
- Produce and provide deliverables as required.
- Work with Contract Officer Representative.
- Evaluate performance results and recommend changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
- Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
- Provide periodic reporting and information briefs
- Report contract cost data to the COR prior to invoicing.
- Arrange and get approvals for contract employee travel.
- Plan and lead major assignments.

MINIMUM & DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in a related field Business Administration/Management or a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of work and relevant Professional Certification from National Accredited Organization. (e.g., DOD Sr. Staff NCO or Officer Leadership Course work, Position Leading Training Program or Academy, other)
- Minimum of 4 years of management experience
- Knowledge of federal and client orders and regulations related to management of government vehicles.
- Demonstrated experience in reading and understanding federal contracts and allocated funding and period of performance of contract line items (CLINs).
- Ability to pass a standard background check, drug screening, and possess a valid U.S. passport or driver's license.
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
- Must be a Citizen of the United States.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work typically performed in an office, armory, warehouse, or training area.
- Ability to mentally and physically handle long-hours to meet operational requirements.
- Typically, 8-hour days Monday – Friday.
- During training and surge operations travel up to five days off-site to training venues.
