Product Packager

WillowWood Global LLC , located in Mt. Sterling Ohio, is seeking to hire a full-time Production Associate to package completed prosthetic liners and work in other areas of production and manufacturing as needed to accomplish goals.

What we offer:

-First shift position, Monday - Friday with shift end time at 3:30pm

-Temperature regulated, clean, safe manufacturing environment

-Competitive pay with a 90 day pay increase, $200 monthly production incentive, up to 10 hours OT per week at 1.5x wage, yearly annual wage increase based on performance, paid time off and medical benefits from start date, departmental cross-training

-Company paid food trucks twice a week

-Onsite fitness center, walking path, fishing pond, disc golf, volleyball and basketball courts

• Strong aptitude to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions on product manufacturing
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, be on your feet
