Position Summary:
The primary focus of this position is to work with functional departments within the WSMM organization such as sales, customer support, operations, marketing, and others to gather and analyze market and industry data.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Assists in detailed business analysis, outlining problems, and helps build recommendations and solutions for the business
- Assists in developing various departmental key performance indicators (KPI’S) through analyzing data and identifying growth opportunities for the business
- Responsible for maintenance and developing reporting on departmental KPI’s
- Conducts analysis and research on various topics including root cause, variance, pricing, etc.
- Other special projects as assigned
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- 4 yr Degree Preferred or equivalent experience
- Intermediate to Advance knowledge in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to Process and Analyze large amounts of data
- Must be able to Multi-task with Time sensitive Projects
- Able to interact with all levels of management, adapt to change quickly, and be self- motivated
- Ability to work in both Independent and Team environments
- Sales Force Experience Highly Desired

The ability to perform work in a variety of work environments from a professional office environment to branch environment to customer construction sites is required. Must be able to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job.
In order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, and to move about the various work environments to train, monitor and ensure compliance with all company requirements. The employee must be able to verbally communicate with employees, co-workers and customers in person and by phone. The employee must also be able to travel to various work environments. Overnight travel may be required on occasion.
