We offer a competitive salary range between $50,000 and $70,000 a year depending on experience, plus a company profit-sharing bonus every 6 months.

- Creating and maintaining project files, plans, and schedules specific to each phase of product development life cycle
- Collecting, assembling, and disseminating project agendas, schedules, information and details including meeting minutes and action items during all phases of PDP
- Collaborating with other functional areas to follow up on product development deliverables, including management of prototype and pre-production builds
- Acting as liaison to sales and operations that support efforts for product development
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business preferred
- Prior project management experience is preferred
- 3 years in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management tool
- Experience in product development and product implementation
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong computer skills are required including familiarity with Windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Project Management Professional (PMP Certification) is a plus
