PAID TRAINING PROGRAM BENEFITS\n

- All travel, lodging, breakfast, and lunch is paid for during onboarding. \n

- $900 Guaranteed Weekly Pay! Available after passing CDL-A exam until training is complete. \n

- Our drivers can expect to be away from home for 3 - 5 weeks at a time during training and as an OTR company driver or independent contractor. \n

\nObtain your medical card and CDL-A permit.
Step Two\n
One week of onboarding.
\nFree travel to headquarters. Free breakfast & lunch. Free lodging.
Step Three\n
Two-to-three weeks of CLP on-the-road training.
\nPractical study preparation for your CDL-A test.
\nYou are now ready to take your CDL test at our terminal.
Step Four\n
After completion of your CDL-A test, enjoy one week at home to transfer your license to your home state.
\nStep Five\n
CDL-A Team Driving for 25,000 miles (usually takes two months).
\nEarn guaranteed $900 per week during this portion of the program.
Step Six\n
You're through the training program, and your one-year contract begins.
