Customer Service Representative Job Description
Reports to: Customer Service Representative Manager
Hours: Full Time/Part Time
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- We are open to Full Time or Part time for this position.
- Must be willing to work 2pm-10pm for the first 90 days of for training purposes & move to Overnight shift after.
Essential Functions:
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Customer Service or equivalent experience required.
- Computer Skills: Impromed, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to perform light lifting (up to 50 pounds) and repetitious physical activity.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
