* $500 hiring incentive available for this position - $250 after the first 90 days and $250 after six months*
Hourly wage starts at $17 with the commission being $100 per lease signed resident moved in.

Each leasing consultant is assigned one of our two dedicated Property Management Specialists to assist with training, onboarding, and questions!

The Schedule:
Full-time
Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with rotating weekends from 11:00 AM-4:00 PM.

Typical Day as a Leasing Consultant:
- Impart high-quality customer service and assist with conflict resolution
- Schedule and conduct tours to prospective residents and earn commission
- Understand and explain lease documents and leasing qualifications to prospective and current residents
- Become familiar with all online sources of advertising for Wimmer Communities’ Properties
- Responsible for basic office administration including data entry, filing, and answering the telephones
- Provide leasing reports as directed by the property manager
- Maintaining the overall appearance of the leasing office, clubhouse, and property amenities

The Wimmer Communities Construction Team has recently and successfully opened the top-tier multi-family communities in the suburban Milwaukee market such as The Artisan, The Linx Club, Poplar Creek, and Riverwalk on the Falls.
