We’re looking for an outstanding candidate with one to three years of successful Educational Technology sales experience to focus on sales of our online career readiness curriculum and assessment products in the adult education and K-12 markets. This is a work-from-home position with travel to customers and potential customers locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Attaining sales objectives and reaching territory goals
- Working closely with customers and potential customers in all facets of the sales and pre-implementation process for our products
- Meeting with customers at their location and by video meetings and phone calls.
- Helping to develop and implement regional and local marketing promotions and plans
- Collecting, interpreting, and providing market, customer contact and competitive information.
- Building territory year over year by aggressively hunting for new opportunities while cultivating relationships with current partnerships.
IDEAL CANDIDATES:
- BA/BS degree, Business, Marketing, or Education degrees are a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in educational technology sales with a proven track-record of success
- Sales and customer service abilities or aptitudes
- Demonstrated drive for success and high achievement
- Strong communications abilities - both verbal and writing
- Ability to establish rapport and work effectively with others
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographic territory of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
