What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Operations Supervisor position at Win-Sum Ski Corp. DBA Holiday Valley?
To supervise operation of the pool complex at Holiday Valley Resort. The essence of this position is to assist with the operation of a safe environment while ensuring that all facilities are well maintained and clean. Assist with creating a fun resort setting and organizing daily events for the guests.
Major Responsibilities
1. Assisting with training and supervision of pool staff.
2. Perform pool cashier duties.
3. Work closely with maintenance team and food and beverage team to create a resort atmosphere with daily events.
4. Assist with documentation for all training.
5. Assist with special occasions and groups, in addition to everyday business.
6. Assist with daily logs.
7. Assist with promotion and marketing of pool and events on a regular basis.
8. Follow all regulatory guidelines and documentation.
9. Actively sell pool items through retail outlet. Inventory and restock as needed.

8. Familiarity with lifeguard certification or willingness to become familiar with lifeguard certification process.
