The Service Electrician is critical to our success in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service as it relates to the diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment! The HVAC equipment you will be servicing includes large and small rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and boilers.

A Day in the Life:
- Lead the inspection of electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with international electrical code and state, local and municipality requirements.
- Interpret mechanical drawings to plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
- Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
- Determine type and cost of materials required for projects, ensure specifications and drawings are accurate.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
- Execute maintenance schedules, record findings, and maintain safe and efficient production.
- Maintain records of repairs made, inform the customer of issues that arise, and offer recommendations for resolution.
- Mentor, coach, and provide work direction to service technicians as their assignments relate to electrical work.
- Use professional tools such as an ohmmeter, amp meter, voltmeter, or oscilloscope to validate the connectivity of a circuit.

What you will Bring:
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of progressive experience as a lead and independent electrician
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Required license(s) and/or training card as required by local law district
- Ability to lift 50lbs with or without an accommodation
Preferred
- Certificate or Advanced Electrician’s training program
- Possession and maintenance of a valid Journeyman Electrician’s License
