Job Position: Business & Financial Analyst
Department: Sales & Marketing Shared Services Support Center
Supervisors Title: President and Chief Revenue Officer with a dotted line reporting structure to the CFO
Job Summary:
The role of Business & Financial Analyst is to lead the companies efforts in valuations of the onboarding of new business opportunities and other executive level ad hoc business assessments. Understand, adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures pertaining to food safety.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Business Analytics:
- Lead the strategic function of new Business process / analysis (SSAFs) and set direction for needed cost updates (EPS,HIPS,PP,Corrguate, Freight, etc), due date timelines, and adhere to margin threshold set by the President/CRO.
- Provide tracking for SSAF analysis execution to show critical timeline trends in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide business analytical assistance to supply chain relative to freight trends, performance metrics, and cost drivers.
- Provide business analytical assistance in the development of annual budgets.
- Provide weekly/monthly trend info on KPIs and Misc Ad hoc reported as directed by the President/CRO.

- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills: Must be detail oriented, a team player and highly deadline driven.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in business management, finance and or supply chain.
- 5 - 7 years work related experience in finance analytics and or advanced capacity planning management
- Prior experience in Consumer Product Goods (CPG) and or Packaged Goods Manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proven experience in working with and supporting sales, marketing, and supply chain organizations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Access is a must.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to effectively communicate critical findings of analysis created and or uncovered.
