JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for, but not limited to, planning, direction and control of all Windcrest Public Works function and personnel. Reports directly to the City Manager and is responsible to the Mayor, City Council, Parks and Rec, and all Windcrest residents for all functions of the Public Works Department. Guides, directs, and plans the activities of all personnel in scope of supervision. Responsible for ensuring quality construction within the City of Windcrest. Must maintain a high level of respect from residents and contractors as to the quality of service rendered and the quality of relationships maintained with each. Responsible for the maintenance of all City owned buildings, city pool, green space/park/ponds, easements, and undeveloped property within the City.
