$20 - $25 hourly

• Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling marketing content, including property descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
• Social Media Management: Help manage our social media channels, curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Graphic Designing: Support our team in developing eye-catching graphics and visual assets for marketing materials, presentations, and website content.
• Market Research: Conduct research on the real estate market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to identify potential opportunities and enhance our marketing strategies.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing real estate events, such as open houses and community gatherings, to showcase our properties and build connections with potential clients.
• Digital Marketing: Learn and utilize various digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize lead generation and enhance online visibility.
• Lead/Prospect Tracking: Assist the company and agents by diligently tracking incoming leads and prospects. This data will be vital in adjusting marketing campaigns effectively to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Photography and Videography Projects: Collaborate with the marketing team on photography and videography projects to capture stunning visuals that highlight our properties and services. Contribute to the creation of compelling multimedia content that enhances our marketing materials, website, and social media platforms, engaging our target audience and driving increased brand visibility.

• Preferably have a B.A./B.S .degree or currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Business, or related fields).
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in a marketing or sales environment.
• Passion for real estate and marketing with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions.
