What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Tech position at Windish RV Center?
Windish RV, is a family owned and operated dealership with three locations in Colorado and has proudly served the Colorado community for over 50 years. Responsibilities:
· Use Forklift and Company Truck to move customer and stock vehicles around company property.
· Greet customers who enter the location.
· Dispose of trash inside and outside grounds.
· Light building and lot maintenance work.
· Report any mechanical issues.
· Other duties as assigned by Service Manager to help out around the shop.
Qualifications:
· Strong communication skills
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent
· Must have a valid driver's license with good motor vehicle record.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This work requires the following physical activities:
· Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
· Manual dexterity, fine manipulation and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
· Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs with assistance., and/or 50 lbs. frequently.
· Constantly moving 20 lbs, to move objects.
· Driving a small pick-up truck or fork lift a majority of the time.
· Must be able to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery.
· Normal range of hearing and vision.
