Position Overview: As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and customer outreach efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our window cleaning services, and persuading them to take action. This position offers competitive pay and ample opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided call list.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our window cleaning services to potential customers.
• Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with clients over the phone.
• Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
