Window World of Yuma is looking for a reliable Office Admin to join our team! This position will be providing support to our managers, employees and customers in a fast-paced & busy environment.
Responsibilities:
· Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls & delivering excellent customer service
· Assisting any walk-in customers by articulately demonstrating full product line
· Booking leads & scheduling for multiple Sales Reps
· Booking installs & scheduling for multiple install crews
· Assisting with weekly deliveries
· Ordering products
· Checking weekly orders & verifying accuracy
· Processing customer payments
· Assisting Office Manager with weekly payroll
· Any additional tasks to support Office Manager and supervisors
