Windows N’ Things is a window and door company established almost 20 years ago. As our business continues to expand, we are in search of an exceptional Delivery and Service Administrative Assistant.
Delivery and Service Admin Position – Job Description:
This position requires the employee to be highly organized, accurate, self-learner, multi-tasking, prioritize projects and work well with his manager, with the company’s vendors and clients.
The Employee will have to take care of the following:
- Coordinate Services and Deliveries
- Respond to inquiries, collect information and assess all customer’s issues.
- Submit warranty claims and maintain accurate records
- Keep customers informed in a timely matter
- Schedule and coordinate Deliveries and Services
- Keeping customers file updated on CRM
- Job requires visiting job sites when needed
- Create and generate reports, internal and external communication.
- Vendor and office supply management (order office supplies, furniture, equipment; oversee cleaning services)
- Answering phone call and collect all information
- Work closely with accounting and office administration.
- Additional task and Ad hoc projects might be necessary

- Knowledge with Zoho CRM is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
