What you will do:
As the (RD) Registered Dietitian, you are responsible for assessing the nutritional care of each resident/patient in the center. You will advise the clinical team, dietary department, and Administration on the nutritional status of residents including lab value interpretation, nutritional intake, consumption patterns, food/drug interactions, therapeutic diets, and overall customer satisfaction.
Must haves:
- Registered Dietician License
- 3-5 years’ experience in acute or long-term care environment
- Excellent knowledge of skilled nursing regulations (federal/state/local) as they pertain to dietary field, including interpretation and implementation
- Excellent knowledge of the aging process and physical, psychosocial and social needs of the long term care resident population with regard to nutrition.

CALIFORNIA PAY TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT
Compensation for roles at Windsor Monterey Care Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by state or local law, Windsor Monterey Care Center provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Windsor Monterey Care Center reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below:
Pay Range: $52.00 - $57.00 per hour DOE
