Windsor House Corporate Office is offering a wonderful opportunity for an RDLD (Registered Dietician) to join our Windsor House family of dedicated medical professionals!
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
- Responsible for working with vendors on budget, product, pricing, ordering/delivery, credits, billing, group contracts and rebates
- Oversees corporate nutrition staff and ensures support is provided to Windsor House facility nutrition and dietary staff
- Ensures facilities have consistent guidelines in order to provide our residents dietary needs,
- Assist with managing facility kitchens per safe food handling principles
- Be fiscally responsible to the Administrators
- Provide onsite orientation and training of new RD/LDs, DTR's, Nutrition Supervisors/Dietary Managers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in the Nutrition or related discipline (program must also be accredited by ACEND)
- Must possess licensure as a RD/LD (Registered Dietitian/Licensed Dietitian
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in long-term care
- Must possess thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with PCC preferred
- Six months experience in an industrial kitchen also beneficial.
