Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and competitive information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or business development
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and data to drive sales strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High School, Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
