Sales Technician- Chemical Solutions

Windtrax Chemical Sales Technicians plays a vital role in our customer engagement and longevity. They are responsible for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, troubleshooting and resolving immediate needs, proactively addressing any potential issues and identifying areas of opportunity as it relates to the customer experience.

You will provide professional, expert solutions to all customers, to enable their business to be profitable and leave their customers satisfied with a clean, shiny, dry vehicle every time to help Windtrax customers WASH MORE CARS.

Identify and capture new opportunities with existing and new customers. Prospecting for new business and expanding on products offered to existing customers.

Titration and volumetrics of product as needed on a regular basis to ensure customer's maximum value.

Minor repairs to chemical equipment/applicators

Responsible for site chemical conversions & installations. Coordinate with equipment installation team to execute chemical setup on new equipment installs.

Monitor and track customer levels and be responsible for chemical inventory & replenishment orders.

Maintain and provide wash Service Report detailing performance, cost per wash and results.

Provide training on-site for basic chemistry and safety.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and reports of customers.

Analyze customer outputs, and make recommendations on technical updates, products or ways to increase efficiency and brand awareness to WASH MORE CARS for each customer.

Must have physical ability to lift 75lbs and maneuver 30gal chemical drums. Our Chemical service technicians are not simply order takers. Be willing and expecting to get your hands dirty to provide maximum value to the partnerships with customers. This position may have unconventional hours and some overnight travel should be expected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
