Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Counselor to join our dynamic team at Windward Communities-Twin Cedars of Avon. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a critical role in achieving occupancy goals by providing exceptional customer service, selling and renting community homes, and promoting the Windward lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations, ensuring the sales office is set up to Windward expectations each morning.
- Maintain the Salesforce lead base through accurate, timely data entry, report utilization, and periodic data clean up.
- Manage and update online home listings, including pricing, pictures, and descriptions, as provided by the Sales Manager.
- Ensure all marketing materials and supplies in the sales office are fully stocked and professionally displayed.
- Shadow the Sales Manager to learn the Sales Process and the Windward Way.
- Provide accurate information to customers as directed by the Sales Manager, including pricing, special offers, inventory, and other pertinent details.
- Work closely with the MLO team to ensure all home purchase applications and paperwork are submitted correctly and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure home availability, prioritize inventory, and create a cohesive team environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated abilities in organization, communication, enthusiasm, and effective interpersonal skills.
- Sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Database management computer skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance.
- High School diploma.
