- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing schedules and making sure shifts are filled
- Assisting in controlling all labor and food costs
- Ensuring all end of day cashouts are correctly completed
- Coordinating daily front and back of house operations
- Appraising staff performance
- completing all other duties as assigned by upper management
