Your part…use your leadership skills to develop/train crew while ensuring best practices, high standards and positive culture are demonstrated daily.
Back of House:
- Prep, cook and plate AWESOME CHICKEN and ZALADS that make our guests SMILE!
- Follow food safety guidelines
- Unpack and store incoming deliveries
- Keep back of house clean and remove trash
- General cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Strive to maintain a positive work environment
Front of House:
- Warmly greet guests to make them feel welcomed
- Enter guests’ orders accurately into POS register system
- Responsible for cash receipts
- Keep all front of house areas clean and comfortable for our guests
- Expedite guests’ orders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Answer telephone and take guests orders
- Strive to maintain a positive work environment
