Job Posting for District Manager at Wingstop Restaurant
ARS Brands, Inc. owns and operates more than 80 restaurants across 4 states. We are growing rapidly and always looking for quality candidates to join our team.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Area Coach is responsible for brand management and coaching of in-restaurant leaders, and employee development for a group of multi-unit restaurant leaders within a specified geographic area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Ensure that all budget and financial projections are met.
Recruit and retain high-quality management candidates.
Ensure business controls and customer service strategies are implemented at all levels
Schedule and execute regular unit visits to ensure that all company standards and policies are followed.
Assist with ongoing training and development programs to improve staff performance and delivery of customer service
Ensure that proper staffing levels are achieved and develop and implement strategies for retaining all employees.
Ensure all food safety standards are executed according to company policy & health/sanitation regulations.
Monitor procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations.
Complete all administrative requirements and reports.
Ensure that labor standards are followed in all restaurants
Ensure all the restaurants in your area comply with local, state, and federal regulations and OSHA guidelines.
Traveling is required to other locations
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Multi-Unit Restaurant Management experience
Reliable Transportation
Food Safety Certification
Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
Additional Requirements
Experienced in ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit organizations
Thorough understanding of Wingstop standards, policies & procedures
Ability to effectively and professionally provide guidance and coaching to restaurant management and TMs
Ability to plan and conduct effective meetings
Experience in working independently with a result orientation
Strong oral and written communication skills including public speaking
Strong organizational skills
