Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback to ensure high productivity and quality of work
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to ensure new hires are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and shift scheduling
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
Skills:
