We are hiring for both front of house roles (cashiers) and back of house roles (cooks). We also have management track opportunities available for those who are already familiar with both positions. If not - we'll train you! We love promoting from within and most of our current managers started out as in crew roles.
COOKS
The back of house crew is responsible for delivering the taste experience that has made Wingstop a national favorite. Preparing food is focused around using our fryers and tossing wings in our famous sauces and dry rubs. You'll also be asked to help with unloading boxes, temping, washing, slicing and trimming, pouring, mixing, frying, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
This is a great role for anyone who is organized, enjoys a fast-paced environment, cares about food safety practices and cleanliness, and knows how important it is to get all of our food prepared correctly and on-time!
CASHIERS
The front of house crew is responsible for wowing our guests with outstanding customer service. You'll spend most of your time taking orders from guests both in-store and over the phone, greeting guests as they arrive, handing out completed orders to our guests and delivery partners, and addressing any customer service issues that may arise. You'll also be responsible for safe cash handling, cleaning and sanitizing, monitoring the conditions of dining room (when they reopen), and helping out in packaging orders with perfect accuracy!

MANAGEMENT
If you're already familiar with front of house and back of house roles, it's time to start on a management track. In this role you'll work either a front or back of house position while also managing the rest of the crew on your shift. This means you'll decide who is working in what positions, will be responsible for the restaurant's performance on sales, customer service, food quality and waste, and accuracy of orders during your shift. As you grow, you'll start to take responsibility for major items in the restaurant like inventory, scheduling, interviewing, truck orders, and handling more complicated customer service issues. Once you've got this down it's time to move you up to managing your own restaurant!
This role is perfect for people who are looking to build a career. We are opening many new restaurants every year and always have new opportunities for General Manager jobs. Over time, those can grow into multi-unit roles and then the sky is the limit! The ideal candidates have a strong sense of responsibility and want to show the world what they can do as a leader.
