What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Winstead PC?
The downtown Fort Worth office of Winstead PC is seeking an experienced receptionist to greet visitors and clients, answer and transfer incoming calls, and support the office with various administrative tasks.
The position requires previous administrative experience in a professional setting which includes prior reception area experience, general office and conference center experience. Additionally, this position provides back-up support for the office services function to include receiving and sorting mail, scanning and copying, maintaining office supplies, preparing the kitchen and conference rooms, and other assigned tasks.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and have the ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
