Job DescriptionThe primary focus of the production worker is to fabricate assemblies while following all WireCo WorldGroup policies, procedures, and work instructions. The position also includes reading blueprints,using tape measures, and other measuring devices to calculate the cut length of rope lengths to meet the customer's requirement. There may be other duties that are work-related tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities
- Time Entry
- Accuracy of product per customer specification
- Operating presses and stamping machines
- Following specifications and standards in an AS-9100 work environment
Starting Pay is $20.20 per hour
Monthly Incentive Payments after 90 day probationary period is complete
Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background.
- Must be willing and able to pass a post-offer drug screen and physical (if required)
