Outside Sales Representative:

• Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts to attract potential candidates
• Provide information and educate individuals about the ACP/Lifeline enrollment process and program offerings
• Assist individuals in completing enrollment applications and uploading required documentation
• Maintain accurate records of all enrolled individuals and their information
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth enrollment processes
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a wireless sales role

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to effectively educate and inform individuals about program details

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
