We are looking to appoint a reliable, articulate and well-motivated Administrative Officer to join our Student Services team. Duties will include providing high quality administrative support to Senior Management staff and Year Leaders, supporting student services events which may extend into the evening, attending meetings as required and producing an accurate set of minutes as well as contributing to the smooth running of the Student Services Office.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, have the ability to work at a high level maintaining confidentiality and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. They will also need to be flexible in their approach and enjoy working with children and young people.
Previous experience of working in a school would be an advantage but is not essential.
