WIS/RGIS Regional Talent Manager Job Preview
The Regional Talent Manager is responsible for the successful execution of recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, and development strategies throughout their assigned region. This role directly reports to the Regional Director. This role is responsible for ensuring that the District Talent Managers and Hourly Recruiters are trained and fully equipped to recruit, hire, onboard and train top talent with the goal of increasing retention.

Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; an equivalent of training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree A minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruitment, training, onboarding, or operations Experience with social media marketing and networking Experience developing recruitment and onboarding strategies Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report Advanced MS Office skills Experience with ATS and HRIS systems Advanced presentation and communication skills
Working Conditions: Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently. Occasional travel may be require via plane or automobile, including overnight stays (up to 25% of the time).
