Wise Staffing is seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to join our growing team!

We are looking to hire a goal-oriented Business Development Manager to help grow our business. This role is for a highly motivated individual that demonstrates an out-of-the-box mentality and brings a desire to hunt to the Wise Staffing Group team. The BDM is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships.
Salary is base from $55,000 to $65,000 (depending on experience) annually plus commission (paid weekly), gas allowance, and cell allowance. First-year annual compensation with sales targets met estimated at $90,000 - $120,000.
