Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Define the most important social media KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, values, and guidelines.
- Plan and implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Management:
- Develop, launch, and manage campaigns that promote our brand and engage our audience.

- Engagement and Community Building:
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a sense of community around our brand by engaging with followers and influencers.
- Collaboration:
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches.

- Analytics and Reporting:
