We are looking for an HRIS Senior Manager to join our team. The goal of the HRIS Senior Manager at Wisk is to lead a small but mighty team to ensure all HR data is accurate, easily accessible, and used to generate insights that drive HR and company decisions. You will be part of the People Operations team that drives all people programs and processes. In this role you will be directly responsible for the HRIS System strategy, implementation, maintenance, data integrity and more.
This role is based at our Mountain View, CA headquarters.

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5 years of experience working with data in HR or other field
- Proven ability to implement new large-scale systems
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights
- Experience in leadership/manager role
- Experience with a broad set of HR processes
- Ability to work with uncertainty
- High level of discretion and ability to work with confidential information
- You are confident using the Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Accurately managed a budget for key responsibility areas
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Ability to code / script a large plus
- Highly motivated, self-starting individual who isn’t afraid of facing complex challenges
- Solutions-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
- Strong communicator who can tailor your communications to suit the audience
