Wisler Plumbing and Air has a few limited openings for amazing candidates who are looking to learn the plumbing, HVAC, and water quality industry! We have an accredited training program to show you the ropes that includes both class time and real on-the-job experience before you graduate to the next level! This is an opportunity of a lifetime!

Pay

  • $70,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience and education level
  • commission available

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients or customers within the home service industry.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of home service products or solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Create and maintain sales reports and records.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer input.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-study.
  • A minimum of two years (2) of experience in sales
  • Effective and professional communication skills
  • Work references from past supervisors, managers, and co-workers
  • Clean driving record - (no reckless/DUI)
  • Clean background check and acceptable work/character references
  • Pre-employment and random drug testing
  • Experience in Consultative Sales
  • Experience in problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Driven to succeed and have a high closing ratio along with servicing clients well
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Understanding of monthly and yearly budget goals and gross margin thresholds
