Wisper Internet is looking for a full-time non-exempt Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales & Marketing Team. In this role, the primary responsibility will be to connect with potential and/or existing customers by building rapport, delivering solutions and closing sales for Wisper. Inside Sales Reps provide product knowledge about Wisper services and products as they work to build strong relationships within the communities where Wisper provides service.

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls/emails from potential &/or existing customers looking for new or upgraded Wisper services
• Make outbound calls to potential leads &/or existing customers
• Stay current with Wisper's product & service information & updates
• Explain, educate & demonstrate features of products & services to find the right solution for the customer
• Upsell Wisper products & services
• Stay informed about competing products & services
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Other duties as directed

Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p; Saturday rotations

Pay: $16-$17/hour

**This position is eligible for Work from Home**--occasional in office work/attendance is required. Candidate must live within one hour's driving distance from the Joplin office and have reliable transportation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Driver's License
• 1 year of proven successful sales experience
• Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future
• Must pass a background check & drug screen

Working Conditions

Fast-paced, environment with multiple changes to schedules & fluctuating priorities. Work is performed primarily inside an office at a desk
