Job Description
We are looking for a Bridal Specialist Intern to help our clients choose their wedding dresses and create unique looks from head to toe. Bridal Specialist responsibilities include taking clients’ measurements, showcasing and recommending wedding gowns and providing personalized advice about wedding looks. To be successful in this role, you should combine your fashion knowledge with a customer service attitude to help our clients prepare themselves for their special day. Ultimately, you will boost our store’s reputation as one of the best shops for soon-to-be brides.
Responsibilities
- Sell wedding plan packages and provide efficient package demonstrations to attract more clients and ensure achievement of all sales objectives.
- Provide optimal level of customer services and provide assistance to all customers
- Send email correspondences and respond to phone inquiries
- Assist all customers to select appropriate products and provide assistance on various new fashion and trends for brides.
- Maintain a database of clientele and provide information for all customer sales and analyze the same.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors and sales associates and maintain product knowledge for all bridal events and shows.
- Conduct Consultations and assist all couples with bridal planning process
- Monitor all promotional events for the store and assist all guests with bridal registry services and resolve all issues.
- Event management on the day of the event with a clear understanding of how to delegate tasks to assistant and party hosts
- Style bridal parties, plan internal company bridal events, weddings, and wedding related events
- Present bridal gown collection to potential retailers and place orders as needed
- Manage inventory of bridal gowns and accessories
Requirements and Skills
- Work experience as a Bridal Stylist, Wedding Dress Consultant or similar role
- Experience in retail, preferably in a luxury boutique
- Knowledge of wedding styles and designers is a plus
- Hands-on experience creating complete wedding looks, including dress, accessories, shoes and hair styling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create a smooth and fulfilling shopping experience
- High school diploma
- Additional certification in Sales, Fashion or Wedding Planning is a plus
