Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy to meet the company’s digital lead generation goals.

• Develop and execute the programs using internal and external resources.

• Serve as a digital liaison for Digital agency.

• Monitoring program results and making refinements where necessary.

• MoM digital reports and recommendations. Establish KPI’s.

• Stays up to date on current industry practices, news, and algorithm updates.

• Manage a budget, ensuring funding is effectively used to deliver results efficiently.

• Perform routine digital audit, adherence to best practices, and execute daily tasks.

• Drive improvement by identifying opportunities for new processes and learnings.

• Collaborate with teams and cross-departmentally on integrated marketing strategies.

• Take ownership of achieving agreed-upon growth marketing goals regarding leads at all funnel stages, social media followers, website visitors, SEO rankings, and other program goals.

• Achieve the efficiencies expected to produce results in a highly efficient manner.

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

Desired Skills & Experience

• A working knowledge of digital applications.

• The ability to write coherent, compelling copy -keyword-rich & user-friendly.

• An understanding SEO optimization best practice.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, CMS, and other industry specific tools.

• Digital Certifications a plus.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to deliver conversion optimization results.

• Strong communication skills.

• Organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects, with a sense of urgency.

• Proficiency with office suites: Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Desire to learn, ask questions, and pay attention to detail.

• Possess a strong and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to Supervisor.

• Experience in web analytics and SEO, proficiency in keyword research/optimization.

• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Optimize, Screaming Frog, HTML, CSS, and content management system (CMS) or CRM

• Paid Search (SEM) experience. Google Ads Search GA Certification a plus

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience in GA or other analytics tools.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• A solid understanding of responsive website design and development, content strategy, SEO, and analytics

• 2-5 years of marketing experience with 2 years in a digital agency environment

• Skilled in using, reading, and analyzing information in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and AdWord

• Understanding of social platforms and latest trends

• A keen attention to detail while maintaining an ability to see the big picture

• Self-motivated individual and collaborative spirit with a strong work ethic; does not shy away from new challenges or problem-solving

• Ability to manage your time, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines

• Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills with both clients and internal teams

• Required: a curious spirit, positive energy, a passion for learning.

Physical Requirements:

• Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.
