Job Overview
The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations within the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to support various operational tasks.

12-month contract with opportunity to extend or convert

  • This resource will need to be in the Canonsburg, PA location and will be on a hybrid schedule.
  • 3 days in the office and Monday and Friday are the WFH days.
  • No travel or expenses for this role.
  • Top skills: Tech savvy, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PP), Adobe and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports Permitting team who oversee multiple projects within Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, & Pennsylvania
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative activities associated with obtaining permits, such as mailings, file management, report requests, and document coordination.
  • Provide assistance maintaining records in CRM and Service Now
  • Responsible for helping the permitting team ensure that all identified milestones on the project are being followed up on and completed in a timely fashion in order to hit the project delivery timelines
  • Miscellaneous projects/reports as requested
  • Taking detailed notes during meetings and provide meeting minutes to the team.

Experience/Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required, College Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project management support role
  • Strong computer skills, organizational and communication skills
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Adobe PDF

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
