Graphic Production Technician
The hottest up-and-coming graphics company in Minnesota is seeking a versatile graphic artist to join our team of signage and vehicle wrap wizards. The primary responsibilities of this position include production, finishing, and installation of graphics as well as cleaning/maintenance of our facility and tools.
Our company produces signage as well as graphics for vehicles large and small, both on-site and in our large installation facility. This is a terrific opportunity for a graphic artist to get in on the ground level with a rising company. We tackle a tremendous variety of projects from typical print jobs to creative custom 1-of-a-kind custom projects so every day is something new.

This technician will be an integral part of our team and be in a position for advancement as our young company continues to grow. The right person for this job will embrace the wide variety of creative projects we tackle here, and be up to solving daily design/production/installation challenges. To really shine at this job you will need a steady hand, a good eye, an attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a sense of humor. We design, print, laminate, trim, and mount the graphics all in-house so you’ll need to multitask and work well as part of a team. We want to add someone who can prioritize tasks, optimize their approach, and help us minimize production costs. The ideal candidate should be coachable and communicate well with our team.
Responsibilities
• Participate in morning production meetings to plan the day’s objectives
• Assist in graphics production and finishing tasks
• Preflight, RIP, and digital printing of files
• Laminating, trimming, and finishing of artwork
• Mounting and installation of graphics/artwork
• Apply spot graphics and cut vinyl applications to walls and vehicles
• Apply wrap graphics to cars, trucks, semis, buses, ATVs, boats, and more!
• Check production output according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized studio/shop area
• Participate in ongoing wrap training
Skills
• Must be legal to work in the US and be able to read & write
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated approach and a rock solid work ethic
• Problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Vehicle graphics experience is a big plus, however training is available for those eager to learn
• Experience in using power tools and other shop equipment a plus
• Experience installing/removing wall and window graphics a big plus, however training is available
• Experience in graphics finishing including laminating and mounting prints is a big plus – training is available
• Must be a competent computer user with experience using MS-Windows
• Core graphic design skills and a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is desired
