Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating employee benefits
- Manage vendor relationships, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed
- Assist with budgeting by tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Coordinate calendar management for meetings, appointments, and events
- Plan and organize company events or meetings as required
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients or customers
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing support and addressing any concerns or issues
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of professional office procedures
- Experience in vendor management and budgeting is preferred
- Excellent calendar management skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
